If you sign up for phone service, we generally can get the service installed and phone numbers ported within 5 - 7 business days. Internet service may take longer, especially if it's an advanced circuit such as fiber, Ethernet over Copper, or T1.
Generally, once the service is installed, you may cancel at the end of the contract term, which can vary. If the service hasn't been installed, then it's generally much easier to cancel the service.
Unlimited means for reasonable business use of the customer. We do not allow telemarketing, continuous or extensive call forwarding, broadcasting, blasting, autodialers, robodialers, political campaigns calling, or any type of calling where constant outbound telephone calls are made using the telephone service.
Phone service can generally be turned up within 5 - 7 busines days. Internet will take about the same amount of time, with the exception of certain types of Internet that take upwards of 30 - 45 business days, such as T1 and Fiber.
All residential accounts are self-install. We normally send out a technician to install the phone and internet service for businesses, assuming it's within our service area. Sometimes the businesses just want to self-install and we're happy to help them do that as well.
We are open Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Pacific Time.
Yes, we have an online forum where you can ask questions and people from the forums, including our own support staff, will respond.
Yes, all phone numbers are registered so that if you dial 911, the address that is on your account is sent to the authorities. If you move or need your 911 service address changed, it's very important you call and let us know.
We bill for service monthly, generally after the billing cycles end, the bill comes out within 1 - 3 days, and then we charge the credit card on file 5 days after the bill comes out.
Call us during normal business hours and we're happy to help with reviewing your bill and to discuss any charges.
We bill at the start of the billing cycle and then bill after the billing cycle is over for any additional charges (ie directory assistance, international calls, etc.) plus in advance for the next billing cycle.
Yes, if you refer a friend or business to us, we'll credit you up to $50 on your next month's bill.
Our service is available just about everywhere in the US. You may need to self-install the service if we do not have an office in your area, but we're just a phone call away if you need help.
